While many of you are already experiencing the arrival of spring, I find myself a step behind. As I write, snow falls gently outside, and we’re expecting another 3 inches by the end of the day. Yet, I can’t help but anticipate the season’s change—it surely can’t be far off. My thoughts have turned to flowers, which led me to the Victorian art of floriography, where each bloom carries its own secret meaning.
Victorian Language of Flowers
Inspired by this, I’ve created a new large print word search puzzle book titled Victorian Blooms, where you’ll learn the hidden meanings behind some of the Victorians' most cherished flowers. In the Victorian era, flowers were a language unto themselves, used to convey secret messages. Each bloom carried its own unique sentiment: for example, the snowdrop spoke of hope, while the columbine hinted at folly.

Free Puzzle Exploring a Victorian Counting House
In keeping with the Victorian theme, I also created a multi-page mystery puzzle, "Unlocking Willow Brook Mill"—where you can explore an old, long-forgotten mill, sealed up since the Victorian age.
